Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
One to three years of relevant HR experience required, demonstrating hands-on HR Generalist responsibilities in comparable environments.
Must be able to work on-site full-time, first shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm).
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, HR administration, and benefits-related support.
Proficient with, or able to quickly learn, the organization's HRIS and talent management system used to administer HR processes.
Manufacturing industry or warehouse experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution capabilities across diverse employee groups.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to organize priorities and consistently meet established deadlines.
Self-directed, hands-on HR Generalist approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
Consistent ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
