High school diploma or equivalent (Level 1) / High school diploma or equivalent (Level 2/3)
0-3 years working in the aviation industry (Level 1)
4-7 years (Level 2)
8+ years (Level 3)
Ability to use precision measuring instruments
Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and other technical literature
Ability to navigate through various computer programs such as AX, PLM, Databases, etc.
Basic knowledge of dimensional inspection tools and/or the capability of learning how to use various inspection tools
Capability of learning how to read engineering drawings for performing various product inspections (Final and Receiving inspections)
Organizational skills, structured and process oriented
Attention to detail
Proficient use of basic inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, surface plate tools, etc.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments and to read engineering drawings (Level 2 includes)
Read and understand CMM', AMM's, SB's, AD's and drawings, technical publications, regulatory requirements and schematics
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
Identify problems and solve them independently, work with little to no supervision
Thorough electro-mechanical assembly knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Training skills for both classroom and OJT training
Ability to schedule multiple projects and assignments with the inspection team
