Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge and application of appropriate federal and state regulations needed, including prior experience with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business management software
Ability to provide support after usual business hours, calls for critical issues and work periodic weekend coverage
Prior experience supporting benefits administration and annual enrollment processes
Ability to analyze and interpret data and identify link in details to drive fact-based conclusions and actions
The role requires approximately 50–60% travel.
Travel up to 50–60% based on business needs.
Supports sites across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
The selected individual must be able to reliably commute to and between all sites, as daily site rotation is expected.
