Real ID
Minimum of 3 years of grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening experience
Experience operating landscaping equipment including blowers, push mowers, weed trimmers, and hedge trimmers
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including temperatures exceeding 100°F
Ability to work on ladders, at heights, and in confined spaces when required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Ability to work in noisy environments while wearing appropriate hearing protection
Ability to work safely around dust, dirt, machinery, chemicals, oils, fumes, and other occupational hazards
Ability to wear an OSHA-approved respirator when required and successfully complete required fit testing
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, eye protection, hearing protection, and approved face protection
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and a thorough background check for access onto a military installation
Background check extends past 7 years in conformance with federal law and US Department of Justice guidelines for work on a military installation
Possession of a valid Real ID is a requirement for this position
