Availability for emergency or on-call duties on nights and weekends as needed
5+ years of experience in high-end residential and custom+- home building with 3+ years in project management roles
Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles
Must be willing to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook) proficiency

Strong experience reading architectural and structural plans
Proven ability to perform accurate lumber takeoffs and labor estimating
Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software
Working knowledge of board footage, BF/HR, framing assemblies, and commercial construction documents
5+ years of estimating experience in commercial framing, structural carpentry, or a closely related construction scope
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
