Refrigerated warehouse environment maintained at approximately 34°F
Ability to work comfortably in cold temperatures while performing physically demanding tasks, including picking, packing, and handling products with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Must be comfortable working in cold conditions for the duration of the shift
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred, but not required
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
