Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing operation, preferably in a HR generalist or business partner role
Strong HR generalist knowledge base needed- including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and HR program deployment
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Critical thinking skills and proven problem-solving skills, demonstrating sound judgment with a focus on fair and consistent decision-making
Demonstrated personal initiative and drive for results
Ability to build relationships, advocate for team members, partner with managers, provide HR guidance, and coach leaders on people management
Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive continuous improvement
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must be available to travel up to 15% of the time
