3+ years of experience in multi-state payroll and benefits administration
Advanced Excel and HRIS reporting skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support all levels of the organization
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
Process accurate semi-monthly payroll for a multi-state workforce, including commissions and incentives
Maintain and manage HRIS data within ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
Oversee employee lifecycle changes including onboarding, status updates, and terminations
Train employees and managers on timekeeping and self-service tools
Run reports, audit data, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Support and enhance company wellness programs and initiatives
Assist with open enrollment, benefits communication, and plan administration
Act as a resource for employees on benefits, claims, disability, and leave of absence
Ensure compliance with ACA and support reporting and data audits
Provide guidance on company policies and employment regulations (FMLA, FLSA, etc.)
Maintain internal communications and contribute to company culture initiatives
Partner with leadership to identify trends and improve HR processes
Must reside within the location or be able to work onsite in La Cañada Flintridge (implied by location and onsite schedule)
