DX and chilled water equipment including RTU's, split systems, self-contained water cooled, ductless splits, mulita zone, VRF systems, chillers, cooling towers, dry coolers/ evaporative coolers and WSHP's
VAV/VVT systems, ERV's/HRV's, fans/blowers, ductwork, dampers, air filtration, airflow measurements and air quality measurements
Mechanical electrical components (contactors, transformers, fuses etc.), solid states components, motors, motor controls, VFD's, DDC, pneumatic controls, thermostats, unitary control hardware/software and building automation systems
Gas and oil fired equipment including forced air furnaces, heat pumps, WSHP's, electric heat, humidifiers, water and steam boilers, direct/indirect fired MUA's & ARU's and venting requirements
Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour

At least 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance as required by the Government.
Thorough understanding of and ability to execute proper maintenance procedures for mechanical and plant equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural and non-structural systems.
Must have the knowledge and skills required to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as required in the Employer's contract.
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
Must have the ability to access and navigate all areas of the facilities in all types of weather.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
