Service, Maintenance and New System Installations
Experience working with basic hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment
OSHA 10 & EPA certificate

High school diploma (or GED equivalent), technical school, or trade school graduate, or equivalent apprenticeship.
Formal training in stationary engineering is required.
At least eight (8) years of experience in the HVACR trades
Including two (2) years or more in a supervisory role.
Must possess a Universal CFC refrigerant handling license
Qualified/certified as an HVACR mechanic in a CONUS jurisdiction.
Thorough knowledge of refrigeration and HVACR systems
Ability to read blueprints
Perform material take-offs.
A record of safe operations
Working knowledge of safety standards for mechanical systems, including building and safety codes.
Strong leadership skills
The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Required clearances are site-driven.
Must possess a SECRET security clearance at the start of the contract
Obtain the appropriate clearance within eight (8) months of contract award.
Physical Demands : The position requires standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces.
