3+ years of experience as an A/C Technician or Commercial HVAC Technician preferred
Strong experience with commercial HVAC installation and troubleshooting
Proficiency with setting commercial equipment and installing HVAC controls
Ability to run and terminate low-voltage wiring
Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
Reliable, punctual, organized, and coachable
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel as required for project locations
