Experience installing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and/or doing point- to-point checks with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
Knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems, HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances(background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit checks).

High school diploma, GED, or completion from trade program or technical school, required.
Must have a valid CFC certificate.
All required safety certifications.
6+ years' experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, ice machine and gas furnace required.
Experience working on refrigeration equipment in convenience and supermarket stores.
Expert knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, ice machines, gas furnaces, and electrical.
Expert knowledge of single systems, rack systems, display cases and walk-in boxes.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer controls.
Good mechanical skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, and management.
Good driving record.
Valid driver's license required at all times.
Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
