2+ years commercial/industrial HVAC service experience (data center/mission-critical preferred).
EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal).
Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration and air systems; able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and O&M; manuals.
Comfortable with laptops/tablets, digital gauges, and mobile work order apps.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently nationwide (typically 70–100%), including air travel and overnight stays.
Valid driver's license and insurable MVR.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights/rooftops and in mechanical spaces, and tolerate seasonal temperatures.

2-5 years' experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems
Demonstrate working knowledge of electricity and electronics In addition, demonstrate an aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs
Security experience/certification with P2000, Lenel or C-Cure 9000 required.
Ability to effectively work independently

NICET certification required.
DCJS certification required.
