Call center or customer service experience
Flexibility to work any schedule during our hours of operation (may include day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours)

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
Prepare outgoing shipments including packing, wrapping, and labeling of products
Handle and move large and fragile items such as Electronic Gaming Machines with extreme care
Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Perform regular inventory checksand assist with stock organization
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
High attention to detail and commitment to careful handling of products
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10–12 hour shifts
Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
Experience handling fragile or high-value items is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
Forklift certification is a bonus but not required
Valid Driver's License
Must be analytically minded with a problem-solving mindset
