2+ years commercial/industrial HVAC service experience (data center/mission-critical preferred).
EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal).
Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration and air systems; able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and O&M; manuals.
Comfortable with laptops/tablets, digital gauges, and mobile work order apps.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently nationwide (typically 70–100%), including air travel and overnight stays.
Valid driver's license and insurable MVR.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights/rooftops and in mechanical spaces, and tolerate seasonal temperatures.

Operational Experience working with Siemens Apogee, Siemens Desigo, Tridium Niagara, Metasys, or other comparable Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Experience commissioning, troubleshooting or installing DDC systems
Knowledge and competency of HVAC principles
Knowledge and proficiency using a computer
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
Basic knowledge of safety equipment, requirements for use, and HVAC systems safety procedures and protocols
