Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, Bills of Materials, and SOPs.
Experience using hand tools and measurement devices (crimpers, cutters, calipers, micrometers).
Comfortable working hands-on in a chemical handling environment
Adherence to PPE and safety protocols required.
Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods
Work safely in a plating room
