Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn mechanical assembly processes
Ability to follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and verbal direction accurately
Ability to perform basic assembly, fastening, sealing, and fit-up activities
Ability to safely utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, measuring devices, and standard assembly equipment
Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
Ability to develop blueprint reading and assembly interpretation skills

Previous manufacturing, mechanical assembly, construction, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred

Forklift, crane, or man lift certification preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards required
Lifting up to 50 pounds; 50+ pounds with assistance
Sitting, standing, walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, crawling, climbing, twisting, reaching, working at heights, and using a ladder as required
Ability of using both hands overhead
