Desktop Service Technician II
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
2–4 years of professional experience in IT support or desktop services
Strong understanding of desktop hardware, operating systems, and corporate applications
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Experience working in a multi-computer environment with relevant tools and systems
