Must have thorough understanding of the wave solder process and the equipment used to be able to make judgments concerning good and bad solder joints
Evaluates results of wave soldering process to ensure process control
Ensures compliance to Foxtronics' wave solder procedures
Understands safety issues related to wave soldering
Must be able to perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and dexterity
Must be able to read and understand engineering documentation
Organize workload and prepare for the start of the shift
Review process documentation for any special requirements
Perform tasks as directed by the supervisor of assembly touch-up
Performs wave soldering to IPC-610 workmanship criteria
Ability to provide routine maintenance equipment to obtain optimal results

Participates in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement
Use simple mechanical tools
Read and understand blueprints
Determine critical points of assembly
Working knowledge of IPC 610

Perform machine maintenance
Ability to lift 5 lbs or more
