Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, service, or engineering support role within a regulated or technical environment.
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or improving manufacturing or service processes.
Experience troubleshooting technical systems, equipment, or processes using structured problem-solving methods.
Working knowledge of process documentation, standard work, and engineering change control (e.g., ECOs).
Ability to analyze data sets and independently identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Effective communication skills with experience coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Occasional travel is required to support service, calibration, training, or cross-site collaboration activities.
