Strong skill in video surveillance, access control, and supporting network infrastructure
Solid understanding of:
Network switching, routing, and wireless connectivity
Server and cloud-based infrastructure
Physical layer infrastructure (fiber, copper, pathways)
Proven ability to engage directly with clients, lead discussions, and translate business needs into technical solutions
Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to clearly document requirements for engineering and estimation teams
Ability to interpret and respond to RFPs, construction drawings, and technical specifications
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
