Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and establish credibility across technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with power distribution systems, including exposure to servicing, maintaining, testing, or supporting electrical power distribution equipment
Proficient in Salesforce, Bid Manager, and PowerBI
Familiarity with Bid Manager, PowerBI, Vista, and Salesforce
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, including creating macros
Proactive approach, strong attention to detail, task-oriented mindset, and persistence in overcoming challenges to meet deadlines
Capable of defining enhancement requirements for Bid Manager and effectively communicating these to Business Analysts and Programmers within Eaton Electrical IT
Five (5) years experience of hands on field service and/or proposal generation experience specific to services within the electrical industry
Must reside within the United States to be considered

Ability to leverage internal resources and cross‑functional partnerships across divisions, business units, and customer organizations to drive regional, country, and divisional business objectives
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced computer proficiency and the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and financial data to support informed decision‑making
Working knowledge of labor requirements and service execution, including troubleshooting, testing, repair methodologies, and field operations considerations
Working knowledge of pricing strategies, cost structures, and proposal development processes within the electrical services or power distribution industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 5 years experience with Computer / IT / Software designing and building take-off / configurator/ Microsoft Office pricing applications
