Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
Complete 12 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA or Artesia, NM and 17 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.
Certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so, if you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959.

Complete understanding around Loss Prevention SOP manual and OSHA 1910 Guidelines
Strong command of English, both oral and written
Well-developed interpersonal skills that include the ability to diffuse and resolve intensive conflict situations
Basic computer skills and data entry to include use of Microsoft Office products, RDM, Smartsheets, etc.
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule as business needs warrant
Ability to work on own to complete assignments and tasks
Exceptional customer service skills to enhance interactions with associates, visitors, vendors, and contractors
Must be able to complete LP Agent new hire checklist/training packet within 90 days of employment
