Must maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards
Must maintain constant communication with team members
Must be able to operate fluff converting lines correctly and safely
Must use material handling equipment as requested
Must be able to lift items ranging from 20 lbs. to 75 lbs.
Must be able to bend and crouch frequently
Must have continuous full range of motion from above the shoulders to below the knees
Must be able to adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, temperatures, and flow of materials
Must perform quality tests, analyze and record data, and make necessary process changes
Must be able to stand for most tasks and walk frequently
Must be able to record and maintain accurate production data
Must be able to inspect finished goods during the run and help identify and correct routine quality problems
Must be able to check and maintain product quality according to specifications
Must perform any assigned duties as defined by site management
Must be able to walk short distances (approx. 200 feet or less)
Must be able to carry items ranging from 20 lbs. to 75 lbs.
Must fill out maintenance requests for needed maintenance functions
Must train and serve as mentor/lead to others on the line crew
Must collaborate daily with Packers and Assistant Operator
Must be able to supply packaging materials to line as required
Must be able to participate in changeovers, operation, and troubleshooting of various unit operations on assigned line
