Basic understanding to being very proficient with power distribution equipment (switchgear relays, PCR, E-Houses, etc.)
Ability to draft in AutoCAD
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or related area
The Lead Engineer level requires Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 7-10 years of relevant job related experience
Basic understanding of power system, SCADA system, communications, and relay applications as applied to products
Successful candidates must have a legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
The Senior Engineer level requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 4-8 years of relevant job related experience
Proficient with electrical design in PLC, SCADA, and relay control panels
Able to apply applicable sections of the National Electric Code and other codes and standards such as IEEE, ANSI and UL in day-to-day activities
The Engineer level requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 0-3 years of relevant job related experience
Basic understanding of communication drawings and point to point wiring diagrams
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related engineering discipline with a focus on power and or control systems
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an Engineering role

Ability to travel domestically, internationally and offshore.
Available to work overtime
High level of knowledge of the entire electrical system, MV and LV, specifically the key electrical components and the proper gear setup, commissioning and start up procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design.
Completion of third-party certifications within the Aggreko Training Plan (AVO) or equivalent MV training program (company provided training upon hire).
High school diploma or GED or 8+ years of relevant work experience and knowledge as certified within Aggreko's Tech Certification Program with some exposure to MV electrical installation and commissioning or similar program in the MV testing and/or construction.
