3+ years of progressive engineering design or project management experience in energy-related projects
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application to solar systems
Experience managing projects involving one or more of the following: Solar photovoltaic systems; Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS); Combined Heat & Power (CHP) systems; Microgrid installations; Electric vehicle charging infrastructure; Industrial energy or process automation systems
Willingness to travel nationally for project development, construction, and commissioning activities
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering, design, and construction documentation
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
