Plan and prioritize daily operations to maximize productivity and minimize delays
Communicate order updates regularly with Customer Care Representatives and Managers to keep customers informed on project statuses
Monitor and track production orders to ensure on-time completion, proactively addressing potential issues
Maintain real-time order progress tracking using AirTable (or relevant systems)
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Non-Exempt
Solid understanding of production processes and workflow management in manufacturing
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications; experience with AirTable a plus
Familiarity with capacity planning, including workforce and equipment allocation
High energy with the capacity to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently
Coordinate and manage the production workflow for multiple types of orders (Sales Orders and Service Orders)
Gather and report on key production metrics (e.g., completed orders, remakes, etc.)
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
