Quality Control Technician I
Experience with functional testing and measurement tools (e.g., calipers)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
GMP familiarity (Familiarity with GMP and quality systems preferred)
Documentation & recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of inspections, test results, and observations
Enter data into systems and ensure documentation aligns with laboratory and quality plans
Assist with routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
Collect, label, and store samples in accordance with established protocols
Maintain sample inventory and ensure proper handling and disposal
Follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines
Partner with QC, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards
Report deviations and non-conformances in a timely manner
Support initiatives aimed at improving quality processes, efficiency, and compliance
Assist with general QC activities including lifting/sorting materials, cleaning equipment, and supporting investigations as needed

Associate's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant work experience.
3 years of work experience (in addition to education requirement) in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations in which coaching, routing assessments and leading employees
3+ years supervisory/team management experience to include direct and indirect reports.
Experience implementing safety (OSHA) programs and equipment specifications
Proven leadership skills in coaching and leading employees
Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal direct supervision
Demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results
Proven experience meeting business commitments, driving change and implementing process improvements
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
