Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in Embedded Software or DSP.
Experience developing efficient software that directly controls digital and RF hardware components on Software Defined Radio systems, often in real-time resource-constrained environments (memory/MIPS/power).
Understanding of both software development and the underlying electronics, ensuring seamless communication and integration between the two.
Knowledge of Linux OS, real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded systems design.
Proficiency with C++ and C programming languages
Proficiency with multi-threaded, multi-core, and real-time operating systems
Proficiency with object-oriented software development.
Understanding of Design, Implementation, Integration and Testing of large software systems
Experience with embedded software emulators/debuggers
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team including hardware, software, and systems engineers.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
