Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
3–7+ years of experience in technical sales, building automation, mechanical service sales, IoT/analytics platforms, or related fields.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, building controls, or facility operations.
Demonstrated success in consultative selling with the ability to articulate business outcomes and value drivers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
