Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of medical or life sciences experience, training, or education.
Experience working within regulated environments and following documented procedures preferred.
Respond to technical and medical information inquiries received through phone, email, web-based platforms, and written correspondence regarding pharmaceutical and/or medical device products.
Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately within appropriate databases while following regulatory and client-specific requirements.
Receive, identify, document, and triage adverse events and product complaints according to applicable procedures and guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of assigned products, standard operating procedures (SOPs), clinical protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical and technical information clearly.
Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and standard office applications.
