3 or more years experience as Technical Writer in the Department of Defense industry.
Excellent written and oral communication, grammar, and self-editing and interpersonal skills.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products; Adobe Acrobat; Visio and other graphics applications.
Produce graphics and illustrations using Visio, including timing diagrams, block diagrams, and flow charts.
Clear communication skills with end-user to determine documentation and software needs.
