Bachelor's degree in business or related field with a minimum of three (3) years in project management leadership role, preferably within staffing industry, required
Project Management certification is highly desirable
Minimum of seven (7) years of equivalent combination of post high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, both in one-on-one and group settings
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data and substantiating information, considering and respecting other's input, personal values and ethics
Ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects that may vary in nature and scope
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
Ability to prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to various groups of stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
