Efficient verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Ability to independently analyze data sets to solve problem and summarize recommendations
Retail software experience, a plus (JDA or Other Allocation Software)
Proficient with VBA, Python, or an equivalent language coding
Generate reports and validate data is accurate while meeting the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Perform detailed analysis of Allocation impact; summarizing and organizing key findings for Department Leadership.
Create and validate adhoc reports by writing custom queries, organizing, and formatting data in MS Excel as per business requirements.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Perform triage of technical issues with Allocation reports, tools, and software (ie. VBA, SQL, or Blue Yonder Allocation) and partner with Reporting & System Support Manager on support escalation when needed.
Retail math, a plus
Proficient with SQL (experience storing, retrieving, and manipulating data)
Execute processes to manage the implementation of Allocation systems via Blue Yonder Allocation software and proprietary Allocation systems.
Test and validate changes to IT-supported Allocation systems (e.g. Citrix, Network Drives, Blue Yonder Allocation, etc.).
Experience working within a relational database, particularly SQL Server or Oracle
2+ years equivalent work experience
