Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience (or equivalent), and a minimum of five years in a technical or lead writing role
Six (6) years experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Four (4) years of additional TW experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Proven experience designing and delivering developer-oriented documentation as well as working directly with development teams
Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text
Excellent writing and grammar skills and ability to work independently and deliver accurate content under deadline pressure
Experienced using multiple tools to develop base templates and manipulate output styles
Possess a thorough understanding of software development, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other key terminology on this contract

This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.
You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
Minimum education requirement of a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering or associated degrees with approval from the COR.
Possess general naval engineering knowledge including Hull, Mechanical, Electrical (HM&E;) as well as electronic components and systems.
Have experience with general technical drawing practices and procedures.
Possess the ability to read and interpret electronics technical drawings.
Experience with the interpretation and application of commercial and military standards to USCG shipboard electrical systems
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and Teams) and CG Workstation.
Pass a drug screen and federal background check is mandatory.
Ability to pass a NACI background investigation and obtain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC) to access USCG IT systems and facilities.
