Pay starting is between $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
Part Polishing: Utilize a range of hand tools, abrasive materials, and polishing equipment to smooth and refine the surfaces of medical device parts
Surface Blasting: Perform surface blasting techniques using appropriate equipment and media to prepare part surfaces for finishing
Finish Work: Apply specialized finishing techniques such as deburring, edge blending, and contouring to eliminate sharp edges, improve aesthetics, and enhance functionality of medical device parts
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, detailing the processes, materials, and techniques used for each part
Ensure machine schedule is being maintained
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and perform routine inspections on polishing, blasting, and finishing equipment
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
