Previous manufacturing or soldering experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable work history and consistent attendance
Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Read and follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions
Assemble components related to scales, sensors, and indicators
Operate production equipment and hand tools (drills, crimpers, soldering tools, wiring machines, etc.)
Perform quality checks using gauges and test equipment
Maintain accurate documentation and report quality or material issues
Keep work area stocked and organized
Physical Assembly: Repetitive assembly work, frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods
Precision Soldering: Microscope-based soldering of fine wires and components requiring steady hands and strong focus
Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 5:30AM-2PM
