Manage category open-to-buys (OTB) for brick and mortar stores and e-commerce
Lead formal OTB meetings once a month with Buying Team
Partner with Buying Team for in season management of sales and inventory including promotion planning and analysis, markdown proposals, and exit strategies
Standardize ad-hoc report creation and modifications for DTC team to help drive sales and inventory analysis
Meet with the Buying Team on a regular basis to review assortments for upcoming buys and ensure the product strategies align with financial plans
