Strong understanding of RF/satellite communication theory
Displayed proficiency in RF testing antennas to establish the best approach for testing a particular antenna product.
10+ years of experience, and a proven understanding, associated with antenna system design principles and measurements.

Experience and familiarity of RF test components such as waveguide, cabling, filters, power dividers and terminations

Problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve sophisticated antenna system problems
Experience with regulatory requirements including FCC, ETSI, ITU, ect.
Previous experience providing cost and schedule estimates for both new proposals and sustaining activities
