This position has a starting pay range of $12.50 to $13.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
Understands and adheres to merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
Possesses excellent customer service skills
Capable of multi-tasking
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Works effectively with peers and supervisors
Retail customer experience preferred
May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business
