Minimum 8 years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer
OR -
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer
Strong troubleshooting skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-layered technical issues
Deep experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
Proficiency in IIS configuration, management, and troubleshooting
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) / Azure DevOps Server
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, administration, and tooling
