Accept and process incoming packages and shipments
Assist customers with packing items safely and efficiently for shipment
Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
Provide information regarding shipping options, mailing services, and store offerings
Handle printing, mailing, and related business services
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and cash handling skills
