Shift Supervisor
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00am – 12:30pm
Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour
Review and prepare shift work assignment documentation, review staffing, and ensure operational readiness
Responsible for overall shift workforce planning
Assign duties tasks per shift, adjust staffing, pace, and workflow as needed to maintain balanced operations
Manage established production output and KPI metrics to ensure shift goals are achieved
Verify availability of inbound/outbound schedules, work instructions, and required materials
Minimize non-billable idle time and unnecessary overtime
Ensure all completed products are properly staged and ready for next process steps
Set a positive example and maintain a strong on-the-floor presence throughout the shift
Communicate expectations clearly and proactively with associates
Recognize and reinforce positive performance and effort
Responsible for onboarding, job training, and cross-training initiatives
Address issues promptly and escalate to the Site Manager and/or the HR Hub as needed
Foster teamwork, accountability, and morale within the shift
