Technical School Diploma, ASEE / BET, or similar degree with mechanical aptitude and interest
Ability to read and interpret work orders, schematics, technical procedures, and production documentation, including blueprints
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Proficient in blueprint reading and comprehension
Hands-on personality with strong safety awareness; must work safely with 440VAC, industrial drives, and controls
Physical ability to spend 75% of the time working away from a desk, including building and testing equipment
