Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.
To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Expert knowledge of military/federal/commercial fuel specifications and test methods to advise, negotiate, and justify requirements to internal and external business unit.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Expert knowledge in providing staff guidance and technical direction to Region Commanders and/or Region Quality Managers.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Expert with policy development, training development, and automation systems for Energy fuel related products.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Expert knowledge in analysis and technical oversight in quality assurance programs.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Experience demonstrating practical knowledge in monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in quality assurance, procurement, inspection, production, or related areas.
