High school diploma or GED required
One year maintenance experience in residential property
Pool certification preferred; prefer HVAC certification, boiler certification if appropriate
Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds
Occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing
Driver must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier
