Must be able to work Part-Time (25 - 30 hours/week) or Full-Time (30+ hours/week), including weekends and some holiday's

Handle front desk operations: guest check-in, phone inquiries (sales & general), new memberships, account updates, and delinquent account procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and automated communication systems
Maintain studio cleanliness during operating hours (reception, saunas, light rooms, restrooms, showers, laundry)
Reset sauna suites and light rooms between sessions (sanitizing, towels, room preparation)
Assist with towel care, supply restocking, light maintenance, organization, and trash/recycling removal
