Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, adult, or underserved Medicaid populations preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
Conduct behavioral health screenings and comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs.
Provide individual and telehealth group therapy sessions (up to 15 participants).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using SimplePractice or a similar EMR while ensuring Medicaid compliance.
Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve workflows and support program growth.
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and underserved populations.
