Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, preferably in electronics manufacturing, including 3+ years in engineering leadership roles

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation
Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO9001, ISO13485, ITAR, CGP, IPC, and J-STD
