5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar support role.
Experience with executive level calendar management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional business writing skills, including editing for accuracy, clarity, and concision.
Expert verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining confidentiality and privacy during sensitive situations and able to use discretion with communications.
Excellent organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet changing deadlines and requests.
High integrity & sound judgement in decision-making.
Able to work independently and professionally with all levels of the organization.
